7-2.Installation

After enough consideration of the transmission elements and methods when couple motor to reducer and reducer to driven machine, connect the machines firmly on exact position through the measurements for the purpose of maintaining essential function .
Before wiring to motor , make sure that the motor voltage is corresponding to the feeding voltage. It is also important to ensure that oil level conform to the mounting position of gearbox.

Please consult us if the machines are installed below environments.

1. Places of which ambient temperature is over the range of -30℃~45℃
2. Corrosive places such as ship,outdoors and noise.
3. Places with heavy vibration.
4. Places affected by dust of alien substance

KIP Worm Reducers are fabricated in completely sealed for un-limitation by the angle of inclination of an installation place compared with typical reducers. Inclination is 20。±3。 but you can install our reducer according to the wanted function and aim under the condition of possible lubrication oil checking and securing the function of air vent during operation.

★Note:
In compliance with the mounting position, re-locate drain plug and breather plug.
Especially it is prohibited to operate reducer if air breather fails it's roll. Your keen attention is required.
