The worm reducer
specially requires more careful attention and maintenance
to lubricating . Lubrication may effect seriously to
the duration of reducer Gear pairs and bearings of the
worm reducers are lubricated by oil bath, besides attached
oil guide palted enables smooth circulation.
¡Æ Check the condition and amount
of lubrication oil form time to time.
¡Æ When
it is impossible to check the oil through oil level
gauge , check the oil with a inspection rod made of
wood or resin after stopping the machines.
¡Æ Lubrication
oil must be replaces after first 100 hours running regardless
of oil quantity and oil purity. Hereafter replace oil
every 6 months or 12 months according to running time
or oil condition.
¡Æ
If the quantity
of lubrication oil is over or less, it may effect to
the gear rings or bearings. Fill oil to the directed
level in stop stage.
¡Æ
Do not mix different
kind of lubrication oil.
When you disassemble
the reducer for the purpose of oil exchange or repair,
ensure whether the machines are all stopped first and
then clean up around the machine. If lubrication oil
or spare parts are necessitated. contact us or distributor
for the best quality promptly.
The recommended packing
bond is 6B.6BR or 7B.7BR of PARMATEX CO. or comparable
to that in occasion of reassembly . Fixing the
cases after 15 minutes applying. the packing bond .About
0.5mm of coating thickness is preferable for effective
packing thickness i.e. 0.1mm~0.3mm.

rotation through turning the input shaft by hand. |
