¡ßSpeed of Input and Output
Shaft
In case of Transmission elements such as pulley,chain,
pinion gear and etc. are used in motor shaft, the input rpm of a
reducer is changeable when the reducer is used from the range 10mm/sec
to 12m/sec of peripheral velocity.
The input speed of
worm reducer is designed to permit 600~2000rpm. Hence, when the
infeed speed in low with the same power, the reducing efficiency
is dropped rapidly.
You are recommended to select single worm
reducer with large sized center distance when infeed speed is 200~600rpm,2
stage combined reducer with large sized center distance when infeed
speed is less than 200rpm.
In the event of low speed operating
the lubrication method must be checked carefully

When the infeed speeds are out of range 600~2000rpm, bearings and
efficiency of lubrication must be reviewed. If necessary consult
